A new report from WPAC research director Staffan Malin outlines steps that pellet mills can take to assess and minimize the risk of dust explosions in their facility. Published in late August, the detailed report discusses risk assessment, dust sampling and categorization methods, methods to reduce the risk of a dust explosion, and ways to mitigate the effect of an explosion should one occur.
